Rediscovering some of the Middle-East’s best held culinary secrets.
While everyone knows Hummus, few have imagined there are so many diverse ways to make this tasty dip, together with the amazing Baba-Ganoush (Aubergine & Tahini dip), Salat-Hatzilim (Aubergine & mayonnaise dip), Za’atar mixture, a great selection of original salads and of course - awesome breads (from Laffa through Jachnun and all the way to Pita and Kubaneh) - it was a feast for the all the senses.
