“Sourdough bread - Your Daily Bread”

A feast of Sourdough breads, special Passover buns, Mediterranean dips and relaxing atmosphere in the Rotterdam beautiful landscape.

We went through different Sourdough breads (Rye and spelt), saw them in different stages of creation, made some tasty Baba-Ganoush (Aubergine & Tahini dip), Salat-Hatzilim (Aubergine & mayonnaise dip), Butter flavored with dill, salt and za’atar and finished with an amazing Passover buns, rich with eggs and matza flour.
